Eurepa-V 0.5/0.2 Tablet interacts with the following medicines:

• Fibrates: Fibrates like gemfibrozil significantly increase the levels of repaglinide in your body, which could lead to hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). Hence, taking them together is not recommended.

• CYP2C8 and CYP3A4 inhibitors: These medicines, for example, ketoconazole and clarithromycin, might increase repaglinide levels in your body, potentially causing hypoglycemia. If you take these medicines, your doctor might adjust your Eurepa-V 0.5/0.2 Tablet dosage.

• CYP2C8 and CYP3A4 inducers: These medicines, for example, rifampin and barbiturates, can decrease repaglinide levels in your body, reducing its effectiveness in managing diabetes. Your doctor might increase your dosage if you take these medicines.

• Cardiac glycoside (digoxin): Voglibose in Eurepa-V 0.5/0.2 Tablet might reduce digoxin levels by affecting its absorption in the intestines. If you're on digoxin, your doctor will monitor its levels when starting or stopping Eurepa-V 0.5/0.2 Tablet.

Eurepa-V 0.5/0.2 Tablet interacts with the following diseases:

• Liver disease: If you have severe liver disease, using this medicine is not recommended as it may worsen your condition.

• Kidney disease: People with kidney problems should use this medicine carefully. Your doctor will likely start you on a lower dose and monitor your condition closely.

• Inflammatory bowel disease, colonic ulceration, partial intestinal obstruction: If you have any of these conditions, Eurepa-V 0.5/0.2 Tablet is not recommended, as voglibose might worsen the symptoms.
