Erinac SP Tablet is used to relieve pain, inflammation, and swelling in conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. It is also effective in managing low back pain, dental pain, post-operative pain, and soft tissue injuries like sprains and strains. The tablet helps improve mobility and reduces discomfort associated with inflammatory and musculoskeletal conditions.

To properly use Erinac SP Tablet , follow these directions:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew it.

• The tablet can be taken with or without food, depending on your comfort.

• Stick to the dose recommended by your doctor. Do not take more than advised.

Erinac SP Tablet is taken orally.

Erinac SP Tablet contains three active ingredients which work together:

• Aceclofenac (100 mg): This ingredient is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by inhibiting certain enzymes in your body known as cyclooxygenase (COX), specifically COX-2. This action helps prevent the formation of substances called prostaglandins that cause inflammation and pain.

• Paracetamol (325 mg): This is a centrally-acting analgesic and antipyretic. Its exact mechanism of action is not entirely clear but it's thought to work in the central nervous system by inhibiting COX enzymes, which help to manage pain and fever signals in the body.

• Serratiopeptidase (15 mg): Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme derived from a type of bacteria. It has anti-inflammatory properties and works by breaking down certain chemicals in the body that cause inflammation and pain. This enzyme also helps to thin mucus secretions, promoting the drainage of fluids from the injury site and reducing swelling.
