Enzoheal Ointment is used to treat localised bacterial skin infections such as impetigo, folliculitis and minor infected wounds or burns, helping to control the spread of infection and support skin healing.
It contains mupirocin, a topical antibiotic. Clean and dry the affected area before applying a small amount of the ointment, usually three times a day, or as prescribed. Complete the full course, usually 5 to 10 days, even if the skin looks better.
Keeping the affected area clean and covered with a sterile dressing if needed, and avoiding scratching the area, can help support healing and prevent the infection from spreading.
Tell your doctor about any known allergies before starting this treatment. Avoid getting the ointment in your eyes or nose. Report any worsening redness, swelling or persistent irritation immediately.
