Egolix 150 Tablet 10 interacts with the following medicines:

• Strong OATP1B1 inhibitors (e.g., cyclosporine, gemfibrozil): Contraindicated due to significantly increased elagolix exposure and adverse effects.
• Strong CYP3A inhibitors (e.g., ketoconazole, clarithromycin): May increase elagolix levels; duration limitation is required.
• CYP3A inducers (e.g., rifampicin, carbamazepine): May reduce elagolix effectiveness by lowering plasma concentrations.
• P-glycoprotein substrates (e.g., digoxin): Elagolix may increase plasma concentrations, requiring monitoring.
• Oestrogen-containing contraceptives: The concomitant use of Oestrogen-containing contraceptives and Egolix 150 Tablet 10 is not recommended, it may reduce the effectiveness of this tablet. 

Egolix 150 Tablet 10 interacts with the following diseases/conditions:

• Osteoporosis: May worsen bone loss; contraindicated in patients with known osteoporosis.
• Mood changes: There is an increased risk of mood changes after taking this medication. Close monitoring is required.
