Dytor E 10 Tablet is used in adults for combined diuresis and aldosterone blockade to manage oedema and high blood pressure.

Uses of Dytor E 10 Tablet are:

• Oedema Management: Torasemide removes excess fluid from the body in heart failure, liver cirrhosis, and CKD.
• Potassium Preservation: Eplerenone helps reduce potassium loss associated with diuretic therapy.

To ensure the correct usage of Dytor E 10 Tablet, follow these steps:

• Take the medicine orally as directed by your doctor.
• Swallow each tablet whole with water. Avoid crushing or chewing them.
• The medicine can be taken in the morning, with or without food as directed by your doctor.
• Remember not to exceed the recommended dosage. If required, consult your doctor before adjusting the dose.

Dytor E 10 Tablet is composed of two tablets:

• Eplerenone (25 mg): This selective aldosterone receptor antagonist blocks the binding of aldosterone to mineralocorticoid receptors. By doing so, it helps reduce sodium reabsorption and increase water excretion by the kidneys. This leads to diuresis or increased urination and reduces blood pressure.
• Torsemide (10 mg): As a high-ceiling loop diuretic, torsemide works by inhibiting the reabsorption of sodium, potassium, and chloride in certain parts of your kidneys—specifically in the ascending limb of the loop of Henle. This action results in increased excretion of water and electrolytes from your body.

• Store Dytor E 10 Tablet at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
