Duolin Inhaler is used to relieve and prevent airway tightening (bronchospasm) in adults and children with asthma, chronic bronchitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It gives both fast-acting and longer-lasting relief.
It contains ipratropium, an anticholinergic that blocks the signals that tighten the airways, and levosalbutamol, a bronchodilator that relaxes the airway muscles.
Use it as prescribed and shake well before each use. Avoiding known triggers supports better breathing.
Tell your doctor about any glaucoma, prostate enlargement, heart conditions or thyroid problems before starting. Report a sudden worsening of breathing or reduced response to the inhaler.
