Combimist-L Inhaler is used for the following:

• Treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

• Management of chronic bronchitis symptoms

• Relief of emphysema-related breathing difficulties

• Prevention and control of asthma

• Treatment of bronchospasm

• Management of wheezing and shortness of breath

• Relief of breathing problems in respiratory conditions

• Long-term maintenance therapy for respiratory disorders

• Prevention of breathing difficulty during physical activity

• Management of airflow obstruction in the lungs

Follow these instructions while using Combimist-L Inhaler:

• Shake the inhaler well before each use.

• Remove the cap from the mouthpiece.

• Breathe out fully before placing the inhaler in your mouth.

• Place the mouthpiece between your lips and close your lips around it.

• While breathing in deeply, press down on the top of the inhaler.

• Hold your breath for a few seconds, then breathe out slowly.

• Wait at least one minute before taking a second puff if needed.

• Replace the cap after use to keep the mouthpiece clean.

Combimist-L Inhaler is administered via inhalation.

Combimist-L Inhaler contains two active ingredients:

• Levosalbutamol (0.05 mg): As a selective beta-2 adrenergic agonist, this medicine stimulates specific receptors called beta-2 receptors in your lungs. This stimulation causes the muscles around your airways to relax and widen, allowing more air to flow in and out of your lungs. This action helps to relieve breathing difficulties and reduce symptoms like wheezing.

• Ipratropium (0.02 mg): This is an anticholinergic bronchodilator that works by blocking the action of acetylcholine, a chemical that causes the airways to constrict or narrow. By preventing this action, ipratropium helps to relax and open up the airways, making breathing easier.

• Store Combimist-L Inhaler at room temperature below 25°C.

• Keep the inhaler away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.

• Replace the cap firmly after each use to protect the mouthpiece.

• Keep this medicine out of sight and reach of children.

• Do not use Combimist-L Inhaler after the expiry date printed on the packaging.

• Avoid smoking and second-hand smoke exposure as these can worsen COPD and asthma symptoms, making your Combimist-L Inhaler less effective.

• Stay hydrated by drinking 8-10 glasses of water daily to help keep mucus in your airways thin, making it easier to clear your lungs and breathe better.
