Dapagliflozin (10 Mg)

Diosglt 10 Tablet 15 is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus by improving blood sugar control. It contains dapagliflozin, which helps in reducing blood glucose levels. It falls under the class of medicines known as antidiabetics.

This tablet is also used to reduce the risk of hospitalisation due to heart failure in type 2 diabetes patients with established cardiovascular disease or multiple risk factors. Furthermore, this tablet helps slow down the progression of kidney disease in adults with type 2 diabetes and diabetic kidney disease.

Inform your doctor about any pre-existing diseases you have or other medications you are currently taking. If you notice any unusual symptoms or side effects while on this medicine, notify your doctor immediately. Diosglt 10 Tablet 15 is used for the following:

Managing type 2 diabetes by improving blood sugar control
Reducing the risk of hospital stays due to heart failure in adults who have type 2 diabetes and established heart disease or multiple risk factors
Slowing down the progression of kidney disease in adults with type 2 diabetes and diabetic kidney disease

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
Do not split, crush, or chew the tablet.
The medicine can be taken with or without food, as prescribed by the doctor.
Try to take the medicine at approximately the same time each day.
