Derpalin Gel 15gm may interact with the following medicines:

• Other topical acne medicines (Benzoyl peroxide, Clindamycin): Using multiple acne treatments together may increase skin irritation, redness, or peeling.
• Skin-irritating agents (Salicylic acid, Resorcinol): Combining these products may increase dryness and irritation.
• Topical corticosteroids (Hydrocortisone, Mometasone): Concurrent use may reduce the effectiveness of acne treatment or alter skin response and should be used only under medical supervision.

Use Derpalin Gel 15gm with caution if you have:

• Sensitive skin conditions (eczema, dermatitis): Applying topical retinoids may worsen skin irritation.
• Severely sunburned skin: Treatment should be delayed until the skin has completely healed.

Use Derpalin Gel 15gm exactly as prescribed by your doctor. The amount applied and duration of treatment depend on the severity of acne and the response of the skin to therapy. Regular use as advised by your doctor helps improve acne lesions and reduce inflammation over time.

Overdose is unlikely with topical use because the medicine acts locally on the skin. However, applying excessive amounts may increase the risk of redness, irritation, dryness, or peeling.
