Cipcoz Tz Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat bacterial and parasitic infections of the digestive tract, respiratory system, and urinary tract. It helps control mixed infections and supports a faster recovery from symptoms such as infectious diarrhoea and severe chest or soft tissue infections.
It contains ciprofloxacin, a fluoroquinolone antibiotic, and tinidazole, an antiprotozoal and antibacterial agent. Take it orally with or after food as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water. It is essential to complete the full prescribed course even if you feel better earlier, as stopping the treatment prematurely may allow the infection to return or lead to antibiotic resistance.
Maintaining good hygiene, drinking plenty of safe drinking water, and eating light, easily digestible meals can support your recovery during treatment for gastrointestinal infections.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have any liver, kidney, or tendon problems, a history of seizures, or are taking other medicines. It is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless specifically advised by your doctor.
