Cetzine Cold Tablet is used to relieve common cold and flu symptoms, including fever, headache, nasal congestion, sneezing and body aches, helping you feel more comfortable while your body recovers.
It combines four ingredients, diphenhydramine, paracetamol, phenylephrine and caffeine, each targeting a different cold symptom. Take it as prescribed by your doctor, particularly if you have a history of respiratory issues, liver or kidney problems, or heart disease. Avoid driving or operating heavy machinery if you feel dizzy or drowsy after taking it.
Getting adequate rest and drinking plenty of fluids, including warm liquids, can help soothe a sore throat and ease congestion while you recover from a cold. Using a humidifier or steam inhalation may also help with nasal congestion.
Always follow the prescribed dose and do not take other paracetamol-containing medicines at the same time. Tell your doctor about any history of respiratory, liver, kidney or heart conditions before starting. Consult your doctor if symptoms persist beyond a few days or if you develop a high fever.
