Ceflox Dee Optic Eye/ear Drops 10ml

Ceflox-Dee Optic Eye/Ear Drops are effective for treating bacterial infections in the eyes and ears, such as conjunctivitis, styes, otitis externa, and otitis media. The drops work by preventing the bacteria from multiplying, relieving symptoms like pain, swelling, and itching, and offering comfort and faster healing in affected areas.

• Hold the bottle in your hand for one or two minutes to warm the solution. Shake the bottle well.
• Gently squeeze the bottle and instil one or two drops of solution in the lower eyelid or ear. 
• Press the skin flap in the ear and lie down for 60 secs to let the medication enter the ear canal.
• After application in eyes, close your eyes for 2-3 mins, lower your head towards the floor, and gently press the tear duct.
• Be careful not to touch the tip of your fingers or any other surface.
• Repeat steps for another eye/ear if necessary. Tighten the bottle cap after use.
• Use the solution up to one month after opening.

Ceflox-Dee Optic Eye/Ear Drops are administered topically by instilling them directly into the eye/ear. It should not be ingested orally or administered through any other route.

• Ceflox-Dee Optic Eye/Ear Drops is a combination of Ciprofloxacin, Dexamethasone, and Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. Ciprofloxacin falls under the category of antibiotics known as quinolones. It works by inhibiting the growth and killing bacteria that may be causing an infection in the eyes or ears. Furthermore, it is effective against a wide range of bacteria.
• Dexamethasone is a corticosteroid that exhibits anti-inflammatory properties. It helps reduce inflammation and suppresses the body's immune response, relieving swelling, redness, and discomfort in the eyes or ears. 
• Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose is a lubricant and artificial tear substitute. It forms a protective layer over the eyes' surface, improving lubrication and reducing irritation. It helps moisten the eyes and provides temporary relief from dryness and discomfort.
• Combining these three ingredients in Ceflox-Dee Optic Drops treats bacterial infections, reduces inflammation, and relieves dryness and discomfort in the eyes or ears.

• Store this medicine at a temperature below 30 ºC.
• Protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep Ceflox-Dee Optic Drops away from children.
• Do not use this medicine post the expiry date has passed.

• Be sure to wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before touching your eyes and ears.
• Avoid touching or rubbing the affected area to prevent the spread of bacteria.
• Protect your eyes and ears from irritants like smoke, dust, and chemicals.
• Avoid swimming with an infected ear/eye.
• If you wear contact lenses, follow proper hygiene and care instructions. Clean and disinfect your lenses regularly to reduce the risk of eye infections.
• Avoid wearing contact lenses when you have an eye infection, as it may worsen the condition.
• Eat a well-balanced diet of vitamins and minerals to support overall immune health. Include fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. 
• Do not use any over-the-counter eye/ear Drops or medications without consulting your doctor.

• Do not pass this medication on to others with similar symptoms. It may harm them.
• Do not use this medication for eye/ear fungal infections.
• Even if you start feeling better, continue with the treatment.
• Keep your infected ear clean and dry while using the drops.
