Carloc 3.125 Tablet is used to manage high blood pressure (hypertension). It is a single-ingredient combined alpha and beta blocker containing carvedilol.

It lowers the heart rate and relaxes the blood vessels, easing the workload on the heart, and helps improve heart function and support recovery after certain heart conditions. Take it, generally with food to reduce dizziness, in the dose, frequency and duration prescribed by your doctor. Do not stop it suddenly, as this can worsen heart problems.

Reduce salt (pickles, papad, chips), limit alcohol and rise slowly from a sitting or lying position to avoid dizziness.

Before starting, tell your doctor if you have asthma or a very slow heart rate, and about all other medicines, supplements or herbal products you take. Report swelling of the ankles, fainting or worsening breathlessness. Follow the prescribed dose, frequency and duration, report persistent or serious side effects, and do not stop the medicine unless your doctor advises you to do so.
