Calpsor C Lotion is used to treat psoriasis. It helps reduce redness, irritation, and swelling, softens the skin, and helps remove the build-up of dead skin cells.
It contains a medicine that helps normalise the overgrowth of skin cells together with a steroid that reduces inflammation. Wash and dry the affected area, then apply the lotion as directed by your doctor. It is for external use only, so wash your hands after applying it.
Simple skin care supports treatment. Keep the skin moisturised between applications, avoid scratching affected areas, and follow your doctor's advice on how much to use and how often.
Before using this medicine, tell your doctor about any other skin treatments you use or previous skin allergies. It is generally not advised during pregnancy unless your doctor decides the benefit outweighs the risk. Tell your doctor if the skin becomes more irritated or the condition does not improve.
