Budesal Respules are used to help manage asthma and COPD symptoms in adults and children, including wheezing, coughing and shortness of breath, delivered through a nebuliser.
They combine budesonide, an inhaled corticosteroid that reduces airway inflammation, and levosalbutamol, a short-acting bronchodilator that widens the airways. Use them as directed by your doctor, using the nebuliser device provided.
Rinsing the mouth and gargling with water after each nebulised dose helps prevent oral thrush alongside this medicine.
Tell your doctor about any heart conditions or diabetes before starting, and about other medicines you take. Keep a short-acting reliever available for sudden symptoms. Report a sudden worsening of breathing after use.
