They combine budesonide, an inhaled corticosteroid that reduces swelling and inflammation in the airways, and levosalbutamol, a bronchodilator that relaxes the smooth muscles of the air passages to widen them. Use the nebuliser solution exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Rinsing your mouth thoroughly with water and spitting it out after each nebulisation session helps prevent oral fungal infections and throat irritation.
