Welbusol B 0.5 Respules are used in the following conditions:

• Maintenance treatment for individuals with asthma: It helps control and prevent asthma symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, coughing, and chest tightness. 
• Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD): A common lung disease that blocks the airflow, making it difficult to breathe.
• Wheezing: A high-pitched whistling sound while breathing caused by narrowed airways.

• Twist off the top of one respules vial and squeeze all the liquid into the nebuliser reservoir.
• Connect the nebuliser reservoir to the mouthpiece or face mask.
• Turn on the nebuliser.
• Put on the face mask or place the mouthpiece in your mouth.
• Sit in an upright, comfortable position.
• Breathe deeply for about 5 to 15 minutes until the mist stops forming in the nebuliser chamber.
• Do not swallow the solution.

Welbusol B 0.5 Respules are inhaled orally.

Welbusol B 0.5 Respules contains the following ingredients:

• Budesonide (0.5 mg). It is a corticosteroid that decreases swelling and irritation in the airways to allow for easier breathing. By decreasing inflammation, it helps prevent exacerbations and symptoms of asthma.
• Levosalbutamol (1.25 mg): It is a short-acting β2 adrenergic receptor agonist that relaxes the muscles in your airways. Levosalbutamol explicitly targets the small air passages called bronchioles. Acting on these muscles helps widen the airways and allows more air to flow in and out of your lungs. It helps alleviate symptoms like wheezing, shortness of breath, and coughing.

• Store this medicine at a temperature below 30 ºC.
• Do not freeze.
