• Antidepressants: Flunarizine in Betacap Plus 5 Capsule may enhance drowsiness when taken with sertraline or amitriptyline, increasing central nervous system depression.

• CYP2D6 Inhibitors: Medicines like fluoxetine or paroxetine can increase propranolol concentration in your bloodstream, potentially leading to increased side effects.

• Oral Hypoglycaemics: Propranolol may reduce the effectiveness of metformin or gliclazide, potentially affecting blood sugar control in diabetic patients.

• Bronchodilators: The beta-blocking action of propranolol may reduce the effectiveness of salbutamol or terbutaline used for asthma or COPD.
