• The medicine should be taken at the same time each day, preferably at bedtime, for optimal results.

Zinepra 5 Tablet 10 contains two active ingredients that work together to prevent migraine headaches:

• Flunarizine (5 mg): This ingredient blocks calcium channels in the brain. This action reduces blood vessel constriction, improves blood flow in the brain, inhibits the release of neurotransmitters that cause inflammation and pain, and prevents cortical spreading depression (CSD), a phenomenon associated with migraines.
