Atarax Drops are used in the following ways: 

• Treatment of itching caused by allergic conditions such as chronic urticaria and atopic and contact dermatoses, as well as in pruritus mediated by histamine
• To relieve symptoms of anxiety and tension linked with psychoneurosis and as a supplementary treatment in organic diseases where anxiety is evident
• As a premedication and post-general anaesthesia, these drops can enhance the effects of meperidine and barbiturates

• Atarax Drops should be given to children strictly by their parents.

Atarax Drops are given orally.
