• Antihypertensives such as verapamil, amlodipine, and diltiazem: The concomitant use can result in hypotension.

• Antihistamines such as terfenadine or astemizole. While receiving erythromycin, combining these drugs can sometimes cause serious disturbances in heart rhythm. 
• Gastrointestinal prokinetic agents such as cisapride. The concomitant use can cause a disturbance in heart rhythm. 
• Antipsychotic medications such as pimozide. The concomitant use can cause a disturbance in heart rhythm. Consult your doctor for advice on alternative medicine you can take instead.
• Cholesterol-lowering medications such as lovastatin or simvastatin. The concomitant use can result in an abnormal muscle breakdown (rhabdomyolysis), leading to kidney problems.
• Anti-gout medications such as colchicine. The concomitant use can result in colchicine toxicity.

• Liver impairment: This suspension may worsen the existing liver condition.
• Heart problems: Caution is recommended for individuals with pre-existing heart problems. It may affect heart function.
• Low levels of magnesium or potassium in the blood (Hypomagnesemia or Hypokalemia): This suspension may cause electrolyte imbalances, specifically low levels of magnesium (hypomagnesemia) or potassium (hypokalemia). Caution is needed, especially in individuals prone to or with a history of low magnesium or potassium levels.
