ALCINAC SPAS Tablet 10 comprises two active components:

This is achieved by blocking an enzyme called phosphodiesterase-IV which usually breaks down cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP). • Aceclofenac (100 mg): This NSAID acts by blocking the cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, especially COX-2.
