Airz Capsule 30

Airz Capsule is used for the following:

• Long-term management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) including chronic bronchitis and emphysema.

• Helping to control symptoms like wheezing, shortness of breath, coughing, and chest tightness related to COPD.

• Improving lung function by lessening airflow obstruction in patients with COPD.

• Please note that it's not for acute bronchospasm or asthma attacks.

Here's how you should take Airz Capsule:

• Do not swallow the capsule.

• After each inhalation, rinse your mouth to prevent dryness.

• Remember, this medicine should only be used under a doctor's guidance. Please consult your doctor if you have any concerns or questions about taking Airz Capsule.

Airz Capsule is taken through inhalation with a proper inhalation device.

Airz Capsule contains Glycopyrrolate / Glycopyrronium (50 Mcg) which works on the body as follows:

• Blocking Acetylcholine: Glycopyrrolate works by blocking the action of a chemical substance in your body called acetylcholine. Acetylcholine is responsible for muscle contractions in your body.

• Reducing Airway Obstruction: By blocking acetylcholine, Glycopyrrolate relaxes the muscles around the airways in your lungs. This action reduces the obstruction in the airways, making it easier for you to breathe.

• Prolonged Effect: The effects of Glycopyrrolate last for a long time, allowing for twice-daily dosing. This means that you only need to take the medicine twice a day for it to work effectively.

• Store Airz Capsule at room temperature, ideally between 20-25 degrees Celsius.

• Keep it away from direct light and moisture to maintain its effectiveness.

• Always keep the Capsule in the original blister pack until right before use.

• Ensure that the medicine is kept out of reach of children.

• Remember to use the medication before its expiry date.

• Since Airz Capsule helps manage chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), it's beneficial for you to avoid smoking completely. Smoking aggravates COPD symptoms, making breathing more difficult.

• Try to incorporate a balanced diet rich in antioxidants. Foods like berries, spinach, and nuts can help protect lung health by reducing inflammation.
