Skin Fair Glow Cream is used to treat melasma (dark brown patches on the face) and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. It helps fade stubborn dark spots caused by sun damage, hormonal changes, or acne scarring, giving a more even skin tone. It contains a combination of hydroquinone, tretinoin, and a corticosteroid.
Hydroquinone helps reduce melanin production, tretinoin supports faster skin cell turnover, and the corticosteroid helps calm redness and irritation. Apply a small amount to the affected areas only, as prescribed. Continue using it for the exact duration your doctor recommends, even if your skin looks improved, so the pigmentation does not return.
Sun protection is essential while using this cream. Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen every morning, wear a hat or seek shade when outdoors, and avoid other skin-lightening products unless advised, as they can increase irritation or reduce effectiveness.
Before using this cream, tell your doctor if you have sensitive or broken skin, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use it for longer than prescribed, as this may cause skin thinning or, rarely, darkening of the skin. Stop use and seek advice if you notice unusual redness, thinning, or stretch marks.
