Ketoscore 6 Cream is used for the following:

• Managing inflammatory skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis, lichen planus, and atopic dermatitis.
• Handling fungal skin infections, including ringworm, athlete's foot, and jock itch.
• Controlling bacterial skin infections such as impetigo, folliculitis, and furunculosis.
• Managing pityriasis versicolor, a type of fungal skin infection.
• Dealing with seborrheic dermatitis and dandruff.

• Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected areas of your skin as directed by your doctor.
• Gently rub in the cream until it is fully absorbed.
• Always wash your hands after each application to prevent spreading the infection.
• Remember not to exceed the frequency of application without consulting your doctor.

Ketoscore 6 Cream comprises six active ingredients:

• Ketoconazole (2%): This antifungal medication prevents fungal growth by blocking the synthesis of ergosterol, a key component of fungal cell walls.
• Neomycin (0.1%): As an antibiotic, it disrupts bacterial cell membranes and inhibits protein synthesis to prevent bacterial growth.
• Tolnaftate (1%): This antifungal agent interferes with the synthesis of fungal cell walls, thereby inhibiting fungal growth and spore germination.
• Iodochlorhydroxyquinoline (1%): An antibacterial and antifungal agent that disrupts the cell membranes of microbes, thus inhibiting their growth.
• Clobetasol Propionate (0.05%): This potent topical corticosteroid reduces inflammation and redness by restricting the release of substances that cause inflammation.
• Dexpanthenol (0.05%): Derived from vitamin B5, it acts as a moisturiser and helps improve skin barrier function while promoting wound healing.

• Store Ketoscore 6 Cream at room temperature, ideally below 30°C.
