Zydip-C Lotion is used to treat fungal skin infections such as ringworm, jock itch, and athlete's foot, particularly when accompanied by inflammation. It helps clear the fungal infection while easing the associated redness, itching, and irritation.
It contains clotrimazole, an antifungal that stops the growth of the fungi, and beclomethasone, a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation. Apply a thin layer to the affected area as prescribed, avoiding broken or highly sensitive skin. Continue using it for the full course advised by your doctor, even if the skin starts to look better, to help prevent the infection returning.
Keep the affected area clean and dry, and wear loose, breathable clothing to reduce moisture and friction, which can help the skin heal and lower the chance of the infection spreading or coming back.
Before using this lotion, tell your doctor about any skin conditions, allergies, or other medicines you are using on the skin. Stop using it and seek medical advice if you notice burning, worsening irritation, or signs of an allergic reaction.
