Walamycin Suspension is used to treat intestinal and stomach infections in children by eliminating harmful bacteria responsible for diarrhea, gastroenteritis, and related gut infections. It is also used when other antibiotics are ineffective, helping the child recover quickly and stabilise digestive health.

• By destabilising the bacterial cell membrane, Colistin effectively kills the bacteria or stops their growth. It helps to eliminate the infection and allows your body's immune system to fight off the remaining bacteria effectively.
• It is important to note that Colistin primarily works against certain types of bacteria and is specifically used when other antibiotics are ineffective.
