Verifica DM Tablet SR is used in adults with type 2 diabetes who need combination therapy to control blood sugar.

Uses of Verifica DM Tablet SR are:

• Type 2 Diabetes Control: Combines three medicines to help control blood sugar.
• Long-Term Protection: Helps prevent diabetes-related nerve, kidney and eye complications.
• Glucose Removal: Helps remove excess glucose through the urine.
• Liver Glucose and Insulin: Helps reduce glucose production by the liver and improve insulin sensitivity.

• Swallow the entire tablet without crushing or breaking it. 
• Take it with or without food, but it is recommended at a fixed daily time for better results.

Verifica Dm Tablet 10 is taken orally. 

Verifica Dm Tablet 10 contains the following components:

• Metformin (500 mg): This ingredient reduces sugar production in the liver, decreases sugar absorption in the gut, and improves insulin sensitivity, which enhances glucose uptake and utilisation by tissues like muscles.
• Dapagliflozin (10 Mg): Dapagliflozin belongs to a category called sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitors. In simple terms, it blocks the action of a protein in the kidneys, which reabsorbs sugar back into the blood. By doing so, it helps to eliminate more sugar from the body through urine, thereby reducing the overall blood sugar levels.
• Vildagliptin (100 mg): It is a DPP-4 inhibitor which promptly and entirely inhibits DPP-4 activity. This inhibition leads to elevated fasting and postprandial levels of endogenous incretin hormones, including GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide 1) and GIP (glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide).
