Troyace Tablet is used to relieve moderate pain and inflammation linked to osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. It is also used for acute back pain, dental pain and sports-related injuries, helping ease throbbing and swelling so you can return to your normal activities sooner.

Aceclofenac reduces pain-causing chemicals at the site of inflammation, while paracetamol acts to lower the overall sensation of pain and reduce fever. Take this tablet after a meal, as prescribed by your doctor, to help reduce the chance of stomach irritation.
Staying well hydrated helps protect your kidneys while taking this medicine. Applying rest and, where suitable, gentle stretching or physiotherapy to the affected area can also support recovery from musculoskeletal pain.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have a history of asthma, stomach ulcers or heart disease. Avoid taking other medicines containing paracetamol at the same time, to prevent accidental overdose. Tell your doctor if you notice stomach pain, black stools or swelling of the ankles. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless advised by your doctor.
