Myonit Insta Tablet 30

Myonit Insta Tablet is used for the relief of sudden chest pain (angina) attacks and the prevention of angina episodes. It also helps manage chronic stable angina and prevents exercise-induced chest pain. By improving blood flow to the heart and reducing the heart's workload, it supports coronary artery disease management and balances oxygen supply to heart tissues.

Follow these instructions while taking Myonit Insta Tablet:

• Place the tablet under your tongue and allow it to dissolve completely.
• Do not chew or swallow the tablet.
• Take the tablet at the first sign of chest pain or a few minutes before activities that might cause chest pain.
• If chest pain continues after 5 minutes, you may take another tablet.
• Seek immediate medical help if pain persists after taking up to 3 tablets within 15 minutes.
• Store the tablets in their original glass container, tightly closed and protected from light.
• Avoid consuming alcohol while using this medicine.
• Consult your doctor for specific advice about your condition.

Myonit Insta Tablet is taken orally.

Myonit Insta Tablet contains glyceryl trinitrate (0.5 mg), which works on the body as follows:

• Blood Vessel Relaxation: Glyceryl trinitrate acts as a vasodilator that relaxes the smooth muscles in blood vessel walls, causing both veins and arteries to widen.
• Reduced Cardiac Workload: By dilating blood vessels, this medicine decreases the amount of work your heart needs to do, reducing oxygen demand in the cardiac muscle.
• Improved Oxygen Supply: The dilation of coronary arteries increases blood flow to the heart muscle, enhancing oxygen delivery to areas that may be receiving insufficient supply due to narrowed arteries.
• Blood Pressure Reduction: The vasodilation effect leads to decreased blood pressure, which further reduces strain on your heart.

• Store Myonit Insta Tablet in its original glass container at room temperature (15-30°C).
• Keep the container tightly closed and protect from light and moisture.
• Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the label.

• Follow a heart-healthy diet low in saturated fats and sodium to support your cardiovascular health and reduce the strain on your heart that can trigger angina (chest pain).
• Avoid alcohol consumption while taking this medicine, as alcohol can worsen the blood pressure-lowering effects of glyceryl trinitrate and increase your risk of dizziness or fainting.
