• Swallow the tablet whole with water.

• You can take it with or without food, according to your preference.

Triolmezest CH 20 Tablet is composed of three key ingredients, each contributing to the overall blood-pressure-lowering effect:

• Olmesartan Medoxomil (20 mg): This medication belongs to the class of angiotensin II receptor blockers (ARB). It selectively stops angiotensin II from binding to receptors in tissues like vascular smooth muscle and the adrenal gland. This action prevents the narrowing of blood vessels and the release of a hormone called aldosterone, effectively lowering blood pressure.

• Chlorthalidone (12.5 mg): This is a thiazide-like diuretic. It increases the excretion of sodium and chloride in your kidneys, leading to increased urine output. This reduces blood volume, which in turn decreases blood pressure.
