CompositionTrapic E Tablet is used to control heavy menstrual bleeding and reduce excessive blood loss during or after surgical procedures. It helps stabilise clots to limit bleeding and supports faster recovery.
It contains tranexamic acid, which prevents the breakdown of blood clots by inhibiting the fibrinolytic system, and etamsylate, which strengthens capillary walls and improves platelet function. Together, they provide dual haemostatic action.
Take the tablet with or without food as directed by your doctor. Take it consistently during the days of heavy bleeding or as prescribed for post-surgical use. Do not double the dose if you miss one.
Nausea, stomach pain, and nasal congestion are the most common effects and usually mild. Tell your doctor about any history of blood clots, clotting disorders, or kidney disease before starting.
