CompositionTopaz-25 Tablet is used to treat epilepsy, helping prevent seizures, and to help prevent migraine attacks.
It contains topiramate, an anticonvulsant. It works by settling the abnormal electrical activity in the brain that leads to seizures.
Take it as prescribed, and do not stop it suddenly, as this can trigger seizures. Drink plenty of water to reduce the risk of kidney stones.
Tell your doctor about any kidney stones or eye problems before use. Report sudden eye pain or blurred vision, tingling in the hands and feet, or reduced sweating in hot weather.
