Tiniba 300 Tablet 10

Tiniba 300 Tablet may interact with the following medicine, including

• Anticonvulsants such as Phenytoin: Use with caution. Altered serum levels of phenytoin (increased and decreased) have been reported.
• Anticoagulant medicines such as Heparin or Warfarin: Use with caution. An increase in anticoagulant effect has been reported.
• Bronchodilators such as Theophylline: Concurrent administration of this medicine with theophylline may increase the risk of a patient developing central nervous system (CNS) or other adverse reactions.
• Skeletal muscle relaxants such as Tizanidine: Concomitant administration of tizanidine and this medicine is contraindicated due to the possibility of hypotensive and sedative effects of tizanidine
• Immunosuppressive agents such as Cyclosporine: Monitor renal function (particularly serum creatinine) when this medicine is co-administered with cyclosporine.

• Epilepsy or other neurological conditions: Tiniba 300 Tablet may worsen the seizures
• Myasthenia gravis: Avoid using Tiniba 300 Tablet in myasthenia gravis as it is not recommended and may aggravate the condition.

Typically, this medicine is taken as prescribed. Your doctor will decide the dosage and timing based on age, weight, and overall health. 

If an acute overdose occurs, there have been reports of reversible kidney toxicity in some instances. To address this, you can empty the stomach either by inducing vomiting or through gastric lavage.

If you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as you remember. But if your next scheduled dose is approaching, you should ignore the missed dose and resume your usual dosing routine.
