Telmikind Ln 80/10 Tablet 10 is used to manage essential hypertension, blood pressure control in diabetic patients, hypertension with kidney disease, and to reduce cardiovascular disease risk. It also helps protect against organ damage caused by high blood pressure.

Follow these instructions while taking Telmikind Ln 80/10 Tablet 10:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a sufficient amount of water.

Telmikind Ln 80/10 Tablet 10 contains two active ingredients that work together to lower your blood pressure:

• Cilnidipine (10 mg): This component belongs to a group called calcium channel blockers. It prevents calcium from entering the muscle cells of your heart and blood vessels, causing them to relax and widen, which lowers your blood pressure.

• Telmisartan (80 mg): This is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB). It blocks the effect of a natural substance called angiotensin II, which normally causes blood vessels to narrow. By blocking this substance, telmisartan helps your blood vessels stay relaxed and open, reducing your blood pressure.
