Telista MCL 25 Tablet is used to control high blood pressure in adults who need three medicines for adequate control, and to help lower the risk of heart attack and stroke.

Uses of Telista MCL 25 Tablet are:

• High Blood Pressure: Combines three different classes of blood pressure medicine for better control.
• Cardiovascular Protection: Helps reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke.

• Swallow the entire tablet without crushing or breaking it. 
• Take it with or without food, but it is recommended at a fixed daily time for better results.

Telista Mcl 25 Tablet 10 is taken orally. 

Telista Mcl 25 Tablet 10 contains the following component:

• Telmisartan (40 mg): As an angiotensin II type 1 (AT-1) receptor antagonist, telmisartan promotes vasodilation, reduces vasoconstriction, and decreases aldosterone secretion. It has the longest half-life among ARBs, which enables a sustained effect on blood pressure control over a 24-hour period.
• Cilnidipine (10 mg): As an L/N type calcium channel blocker, cilnidipine causes peripheral vasodilation and reduces peripheral vascular resistance. This action helps lower blood pressure.
• Metoprolol Succinate (25 mg): It is a beta blocker that blocks specific receptors in the heart, leading to a decreased heart rate and reduced force of heart contractions. This results in lowered blood pressure and less strain on the heart. It helps stabilise irregular heart rhythms, effectively managing conditions like arrhythmias, high blood pressure, and angina and preventing heart attacks and migraines.
