Syncapone 100 Tablet is used to manage the symptoms of Parkinson's disease, including tremors, muscle stiffness, slow movement, and poor coordination. By increasing and maintaining dopamine levels in the brain, it helps restore better motor control.
It contains carbidopa, levodopa, and entacapone, which work together to increase the amount of dopamine available in the brain. Take it with or after food as prescribed. Your doctor will adjust the dose gradually based on your response. Urine or sweat may turn a reddish-brown colour, which is harmless.
Physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and staying as active as possible within safe limits all support motor function alongside this medicine. Attend all follow-up appointments as scheduled.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor about any heart problems, uncontrolled movements (dyskinesia), eye disease, or mental health history, and about all other medicines. Tell your doctor promptly about hallucinations, significant confusion, or unusual movements. Speak to your doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
