Soliten 10 mg Tablet is used to treat the symptoms of an overactive bladder in adults. It helps reduce the sudden urge to pass urine, the need to pass urine too often, and accidental urine leakage linked to urgency.
It contains solifenacin, which belongs to a group of medicines called antimuscarinics. Swallow the tablet whole with water, with or without food, as prescribed. Take it regularly for the full course your doctor recommends.
Simple bladder-friendly habits help alongside this medicine. These include cutting back on caffeine and alcohol, not drinking large amounts late in the evening, and bladder training exercises if your doctor or nurse suggests them.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have glaucoma (raised eye pressure), severe constipation, difficulty passing urine, or liver or kidney problems. Tell your doctor if you develop severe constipation or trouble passing urine. Speak to your doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
