Seroflo 250 Inhaler is used for the long-term maintenance management of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in adults and adolescents, helping to reduce airway inflammation, relax airway muscles and prevent symptoms such as wheezing, chest tightness and breathlessness. It is not for the relief of a sudden attack.
It combines fluticasone propionate (250 mcg), an inhaled corticosteroid, and salmeterol (25 mcg), a long-acting bronchodilator. Use it regularly as prescribed; shake well before use and rinse your mouth with water after each use to reduce the risk of oral thrush.
Avoiding known triggers and keeping to all follow-up appointments support better respiratory health alongside this medicine. Always keep a separate short-acting reliever inhaler for sudden attacks.
Tell your doctor about any heart conditions, diabetes or adrenal problems before starting, and about other respiratory medicines you take.
