It contains Fluticasone Propionate (250 mcg), which reduces swelling in the airways, and Salmeterol (25 mcg), which relaxes the muscles around them to improve airflow. Use it regularly as prescribed—it is not for sudden asthma attacks, and full benefits may take a few weeks.
