CompositionSeroflo 250 Inhaler is used for the long-term maintenance management of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in adults and adolescents. It helps reduce airway inflammation, relax the airway muscles, and prevent symptoms such as wheezing, chest tightness and breathlessness. It is not meant for the relief of a sudden attack.
It combines fluticasone propionate, an inhaled corticosteroid, and salmeterol, a long-acting bronchodilator. Use it regularly through the inhaler device as prescribed. Shake well before use and rinse your mouth with water after each use to reduce the risk of oral thrush.
Avoiding known triggers such as dust, smoke and pollen, and keeping to all follow-up appointments, support better long-term breathing alongside this medicine. Always keep a separate short-acting reliever inhaler on hand for sudden attacks of breathlessness.
Tell your doctor if you have any heart condition, diabetes or adrenal problems before starting this medicine, and about any other respiratory medicines you take. Report any worsening of breathing or unusual chest symptoms promptly.
