Scabelice Lotion 50ml

Scabelice Lotion 50ml is used for managing scabies, head lice and pubic lice. It is formulated with Cetrimide and Gamma Benzene Hexachloride, which work together to eliminate mites and lice while protecting the skin from infections. Cetrimide is an antiseptic that kills bacteria by breaking down their membranes, helping to manage infections in wounds, cuts, and minor burns. Gamma Benzene Hexachloride (Lindane) is a scabicide and pediculicide that disrupts the nervous system of mites and lice, leading to their paralysis and death. This lotion provides relief from itching, redness, and irritation associated with scabies and lice infestations. 

• Cetrimide (0.1% w/v): A quaternary ammonium compound with antiseptic properties. It works by disrupting bacterial cell membranes, making it effective in managing infections in minor wounds, cuts, and burns. In Scabelice Lotion, Cetrimide helps soothe irritated skin and reduces the risk of secondary bacterial infections caused by scratching scabies or lice-infested areas.
   
• Gamma Benzene Hexachloride (Lindane) (1% w/v): A scabicide and pediculicide that paralyses and kills mites and lice by interfering with their nervous system. It eliminates scabies mites and their eggs while also managing head and pubic lice infestations. Lindane is known for its fast-acting properties.

• Helps Manage Scabies: Scabelice Lotion is primarily used to manage scabies, a contagious skin condition caused by microscopic mites (Sarcoptes scabiei). It works by killing the mites and their eggs, providing relief from intense itching, rashes, and irritation.
   
• May Help Eliminate Head Lice: Scabelice Lotion is also effective in managing head lice infestations, which are caused by small parasitic insects that live on the scalp and feed on blood. Head lice lay eggs (nits) that stick to the hair strands, making them difficult to remove. The Gamma Benzene Hexachloride in the lotion kills both the lice and their eggs, ensuring complete eradication.
