Sartel AM Tablet is used for the following:

Management of high blood pressure or hypertension
Prevention of serious cardiovascular events such as heart attacks and strokes
Lowering the risk of heart attack, stroke, or death in people aged 55 years or older who are at high risk for cardiovascular disease
Reduction of the strain on the heart by relaxing and widening blood vessels
Prevention of kidney problems linked to high blood pressure

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
Do not crush or chew the tablet.
Make sure you take this medicine at the same time each day.
Do not stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor, even if you feel well.
