Dr Reckeweg R13 Hemorrhoidal Drop is a homoeopathic remedy used for the temporary relief of minor symptoms associated with haemorrhoids, such as itching, discomfort, and pain. It contains a blend of homoeopathic ingredients like Aesculus hippocastanum, Collinsonia canadensis, and Hamamelis virginiana.

• Acidum Nitricum: It can help relieve stabbing sensation in the intestine, splinter pain and sensation of constriction during defecation with persistent pain after stool.
   
• Aesculus: It can help alleviate dryness and burning of external hemorrhoidal mucosa (dark red prolapsing haemorrhoids). It may help alleviate dull pains in the sacral region and venous stasis.
   
• Collinsonia Canadensis: It is useful for venous congestion in the pelvis, obstipation, flatulence and other symptoms of piles.
   
• Graphites: It can help relieve constipation, glairy lumpy stools, flatulence, anal eczema and itching.
   
• Hamamelis: It can help manage bleeding and haemorrhoids.
