Safexim O Tablet is used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections in adults and assist in symptom relief and bacterial clearance.

Uses of Safexim O Tablet are:

• Ofloxacin (200 mg): A part of the fluoroquinolone class of antibiotics, it works by impeding enzymes necessary for bacterial DNA replication, transcription, repair, and recombination. By inhibiting these enzymes, known as DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, it disrupts DNA synthesis, leading to bacterial cell death.
