Cipladine Ointment 30Gm

Cipladine Ointment is used for managing infections in minor wounds, cuts, scrapes, and burns. It helps disinfect wounds, fight harmful microorganisms, and can also be used for pre- and post-operative skin disinfection and during wound dressing procedures.

• Povidone-Iodine: Povidone-Iodine is a well-known antiseptic and antimicrobial agent that provides broad-spectrum protection against various microorganisms, including bacteria, viruses, fungi and protozoa. It works by releasing iodine, which penetrates the cells of pathogens and disrupts their cellular functions, ultimately leading to their death. This ingredient is effective in fighting infections in minor wounds, cuts, abrasions and burns, as well as in managing skin infections caused by bacteria and fungi.
   
• Other Ingredients: Water-soluble Ointment Base. 

• Supports Healing of Minor Cuts and Abrasions: Cipladine Ointment helps disinfect and clean minor cuts and abrasions, reducing the risk of infection and promoting faster healing.
   
• Assists in Burn and Laceration Care: It helps disinfect burns and lacerations, reducing the chances of infection and creating an optimal environment for tissue repair.

• Manages Fungal Infections: Cipladine Ointment can be used to manage fungal infections like athlete's foot, ringworm and jock itch by inhibiting fungal growth and maintaining cleanliness.
   
• Supports Pre- and Post-Surgical Skin Care: It can be used to disinfect the skin before and after surgery, helping to reduce the risk of infection in surgical wounds.
   
• Helps Manage Skin Infections like Impetigo and Folliculitis: The ointment assists in fighting bacterial skin infections like impetigo and folliculitis by inhibiting microbial growth and promoting healing.

• Clean and dry the affected area before application. 
• Apply a thin layer of Cipladine Ointment to the wound or infected area. 
• Gently massage it in and allow it to absorb.
• Repeat 1-3 times daily or as directed by your healthcare provider.

• Read the label carefully before use.
• Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C in a dry, dark place. 
• Do not freeze.
• For external use only.
• Avoid contact with eyes.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not use it if you are allergic to iodine or any other ingredient in the ointment.
