Cefi O 200 Tablet works with a dual-action mechanism due to its two active ingredients:

• Cefixime (200 mg): This component works by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis. Simply put, it stops bacteria from building their protective walls. Without these walls, bacteria can't survive and therefore, the infection clears.

• Ofloxacin (200 mg): This ingredient belongs to a group of antibiotics called fluoroquinolones. It enters bacterial cells and stops key enzymes - DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV - which are essential for bacteria to copy and repair their DNA. By disrupting these processes, ofloxacin kills off the bacteria and halts the infection from spreading further.

• Store Cefi O 200 Tablet at room temperature, ideally below 30°C.

• Keep the medicine safe from exposure to direct light, heat and dampness.

• Always keep it in its original packaging.

• Ensure it's kept safely out of reach of children.
