ROSUVAS D 10 TABLET 15 is used for the following:

• Lowering high cholesterol levels

Follow these instructions while taking ROSUVAS D 10 TABLET 15:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush, break or chew the tablet.

• Continue taking the medicine even if you feel better.

• Consult your doctor before stopping this medicine.

ROSUVAS D 10 TABLET 15 is taken orally.

ROSUVAS D 10 TABLET 15 contains two active ingredients:

• Rosuvastatin (10 mg): This component inhibits an enzyme called HMG-CoA reductase, which plays a key role in producing cholesterol in the liver. By blocking this enzyme, rosuvastatin reduces the production of cholesterol in your body.

• Vitamin D3 (1000 IU): This component is converted to its active form called calcitriol in your body. Calcitriol helps regulate calcium and phosphate in your body by promoting their absorption from the intestines and reabsorption by the kidneys.
