Robinaxol D Tablet 10

Robinaxol-D Tablet is used to treat pain and stiffness caused by muscle spasms. It helps relieve discomfort from neck pain, lower back pain, sprains, strains, and musculoskeletal injuries, enhancing movement and comfort during daily activities.

• Take Robinaxol-D Tablet as prescribed by your doctor.
• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the tablet.
• Your doctor will determine the dosage and duration of treatment based on the severity of your condition.
• It is important to follow your doctor's instructions and not exceed the recommended dosage.

Robinaxol-D Tablet is administered orally.

Robinaxol-D Tablet contains the folllowing components:

• Diclofenac (50 mg) - Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins, which are chemical messengers responsible for pain, inflammation, and fever. By reducing prostaglandin levels, diclofenac helps relieve pain and inflammation. 
• Methocarbamol (500 mg) - Methocarbamol is a muscle relaxant. It acts by depressing the central nervous system to reduce muscle spasms and pain. By doing so, it provides relief from muscle discomfort and tension. 
• Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (325 mg) - Paracetamol, also known as Acetaminophen, is a pain reliever and fever reducer. It works by affecting the brain's heat-regulating center, which lowers body temperature in the case of fever. Additionally, it may influence pain perception in the brain. 

• Store Robinaxol-D Tablet in a cool and dry place. 
• Protect it from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat. 
• Keep it out of reach of children. 
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Get sufficient sleep to rest your body and reduce pain and inflammation.
• Apply cold or hot compresses to the affected muscles for 15-20 minutes several times a day.
• Engage in physical therapy, massage, or acupuncture to help reduce muscle stiffness and improve mobility.
• Consume foods high in antioxidants, such as dark cocoa, berries, greens, and kidney beans, to reduce inflammation.
• Incorporate flavonoid-rich foods like tofu, berries, vegetables, plums, and green tea into your diet to further reduce inflammation.
• Maintain a healthy weight through regular exercise and a balanced diet.
• Quit smoking and limit alcohol consumption.
