Spasmonorm Tablet 10

Spasmonorm Tablet is prescribed for managing conditions like intestinal colic, gallstones, kidney stones, dysmenorrhea (menstrual cramps), and pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas). It helps relieve discomfort and pain associated with these conditions.

• Swallow the entire tablet without crushing or breaking it. 
• Take it with or without food, but it is recommended at a fixed daily time for better results.

Spasmornorm Tablet is taken orally. 

Spasmornorm Tablet contains the following ingredients:

• Camylofine dihydrochloride (50 mg): It acts as an antimuscarinic agent, blocking the action of acetylcholine at muscarinic receptors. This results in smooth muscle relaxation, particularly in the gastrointestinal tract and other visceral organs, alleviating abdominal cramps and pain associated with various conditions.
• Diclofenac potassium (50 mg): It is an NSAID that contributes by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins. Prostaglandins are mediators of inflammation and pain. By blocking their production, Diclofenac reduces inflammation, providing additional relief from discomfort and pain.

• Spasmonorm Tablet should be stored at room temperature, at 25°C.
• Please protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Incorporate more glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate, vitamin D, and calcium-enriched supplements into your routine. Additionally, turmeric and fish oils can aid in reducing pain and inflammation in the tissue.
• Avoid strenuous exercise that may exacerbate abdominal pain. 
• Opt for stretching, low-impact aerobic exercises (walking, biking, and swimming), and simple yoga. 
• Strengthen your muscles with light weights and regular muscle stretching.
• Maintain a mindful sitting posture, especially during periods of pain and inflammation. 
• Minimise sitting time and utilise back support like a rolled-up towel to alleviate lower back discomfort. Ensure your knees and hips are at the right angle for optimal comfort.
