Vermisol 50 Tablet 1 is used in the following conditions:

• Ascariasis: It effectively treats infections caused by the roundworm Ascaris lumbricoides.
• Hookworm infections: They are also used to manage infections caused by hookworms, including Ancylostoma duodenale and Necator americanus.
• Other intestinal worms: Depending on the specific parasite involved, it may be prescribed to treat other intestinal worm infections.

• Take the tablet with a glass of water; do not chew or crush the tablet.
• It can be taken with or without food.

Vermisol 50 Tablet 1 is taken orally.

Vermisol 50 Tablet 1 contains the following component:

• Levamisole (50 mg): It works as an anthelmintic agent by disrupting the neuromuscular function of parasitic worms. It causes spastic paralysis in the worms, preventing their attachment to the host's intestines and facilitating their expulsion from the body.
