Mamofen 10 Tablet 10 is used to treat breast cancer.

Follow these instructions while taking Mamofen 10 Tablet 10:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Take this medicine with or without food.

• Do not crush or chew the tablet.

Mamofen 10 Tablet 10 contains tamoxifen (10 mg), which works on the body as follows:

• Store this tablet at room temperature.

• Calcium-rich foods: Include dairy products, leafy greens, and fortified foods in your diet to help maintain bone health, as tamoxifen may affect bone density in some patients with oestrogen-positive breast cancer.

• Regular exercise: Engage in moderate physical activity like walking or swimming for 30 minutes most days to help reduce fatigue, a common side effect when managing breast cancer with this medicine.
