Risofos 35 Tablet is used to strengthen bones and prevent fractures.

Uses of Risofos 35 Tablet are:

• Postmenopausal Osteoporosis: Treats and prevents bone loss after menopause.
• Male and Steroid-Related Osteoporosis: Helps in men and with long-term steroid use.
• Paget's Disease: Treats Paget's disease of the bone.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of plain water.
• Take the tablet in an upright position to make sure it reaches your stomach.
• Do not lie down for at least 30 minutes after taking the tablet.
• Remember to take your medicine on the same day each week.
• Make sure to take the tablet at least 30 minutes before having anything other than water.
• Avoid taking calcium, antacids, and other medicines containing polyvalent cations at the same time as this medicine.

Risofos 35 Tablet consists of risedronate (35 mg), which works as follows:

• Use it before the expiry date marked on the package.

• Ensure you have an adequate intake of calcium and vitamin D in your diet. This can come from dairy products, green leafy vegetables, or supplements if your dietary intake is insufficient.
